3 cups Half and Half
2/3 chopped white chocolate
3" cinnamon sticks
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
ground cinnamon (optional)
1. In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup half and half, baking pieces, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg. Stir over low heat until the pieces are melted.
2. Add remaining half and half. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon sticks. Stir in vanilla and almond.
3. Sprinkle the top with a little ground cinnamon if you would like.
