4 pitas (whole wheat)
1 pack shredded mozzarella
1 jar pizza sauce
assorted toppings
For toppings, I like to use red and green bell peppers, onions, baby bella mushrooms. and sliced black olives. You can mix it up to match your taste.
Pretty simple...
Spoon 2 or 3 tablespoons of sauce on top of your pita. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sauce. Make sure to keep it away from the edges so it doesn't melt off the sides. Add your toppings. Place the pizzas cookie sheets. You can line them with foil for easy clean up. Cook the pizzas for 20 minutes at 350°F. These are good when served with a side salad.
