Toffee Chip Banana Bread Empty

Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3-4 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup toffee chips

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Combine butter and brown sugar until creamy.
3. Add eggs, banana, and vanilla and beat until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl combine baking soda, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Stir dry mixture into the wet mixture.
6. Beat until well combined.
7. Gently fold in the toffee chips.
8. Add mixture to a greased loaf pan or muffin pan.
9. Bake at 350º degrees for 50-55 minutes.
