1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
5 tbs boiling water
4 eggs, separated
1. Grind chocolate chips in the blender using short pulses
2. Add boiling water and blend to melt the chocolate
3.Add egg yolks, one at a time, and blend after each one
4. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff white peaks.
5. Gently fold the egg whites into the melted chocolate.
6. Pour into wine glasses and chill until the mousse is set.
