Hot Chocolate

2 oz semisweet chopped chocolate or 1/3 cup semisweet chips
1/3 cup sugar
4cups milk

1. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, sugar, and 1/2 cup of the milk.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until it just starts to boil
3. Stir in remaining milk; heat but do not bring back to a boil
4. Remove from heat and beat until frothy

You can top this off with marshmallows or whipped cream. If you want to make it a hot mocha, stir in 1 tbs of instant coffee during step 3.
