1 1/2 cups dice ham
12 ounces shredded hash browns
1 medium chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon instant chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar
3 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs

1. Grease rectangular 13x9x2 baking dish. Mix ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and 1 cup cheese. Spread into baking dish.

2. Stir milk, Bisquick, salt, and eggs until blended. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours, but no longer than 24 hours.

3. Heat oven to 375ยบ. Uncover and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
