6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbs lemon juice., divided
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 package reduced fat crumbled feta with basil and tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Arrange chicken in a 13x9" baking dish
3. Drizzle with 1 tbs lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper
4. Top with feta then drizzle with remaining lemon juice.
5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Sprinkle with the red pepper and parsley.
